More than 5,000 professional visitors are expected to attend the three-day exhibition. The event also seeks to reaffirm the important role of security in Chile, showcase local development in goods, products and services oriented to the industry; exchange experiences, technologies and international developments with the national industry; introduce new technologies not available in the country to the market, and provide effective solutions to the police, Armed Forces and civilians. “Security Expo, which already has six versions, will be the ideal space for commercial exchange, the introduction of new technologies and the improvement of productivity in the execution and operation of projects related to defense and security. Chile today has the opportunity to continue advancing and solving the problems that affect all people,” said Fisa’s deputy general manager, Rodrigo Lobo. “In order to have safer environments, it is essential to have information obtained by different institutions, both from the public and private sectors, with the aim of having better emergency preparedness, increasing situational awareness and improving operational efficiency.
